Description:
In search of a single ranch hand or working couple to join our team. We would prefer someone who is on the younger side but are open to the right fit. Our ranch is family owned and ran. We run 1500 pair, put up all of our own hay and we farm a little malt barley as well. Looking for someone who can be in the saddle all day if need be as certain times of the year call for that. Running haying equipment in the summer as well as feed processors in the winter is also something we would like. Some mechanical and equipment running knowledge would also be a plus. That being said we like to keep our help happy and would gladly accommodate to what you enjoy doing for the most part but would like a jack of all trades type. Photos included is the house we have to offer. It has great views and a nice lawn. There is also a functioning green house there as well. It is a 3 bedroom, one bath with a pretty spacious living area. Choteau has lots of hunting and fishing opportunities as well. Its an outstanding mountain area. The ranch is located on the flat but a lot of our summer pasture is in the mountains. Our ranch is abundant with whitetail and pheasants as well. Also would like to add that we give most of our help the weekend off if its possible. we know how important time off is and will pretty much give you what days off you need. But will need you to work weekends when needed. We are willing to teach anyone is eager to learn so if you need experience we can give it to you.
