He is 9 yrs old, 15.1 hands , 1400 lbs , super gentle, shapey, and broke to death. Luke is massive made, stout as a Mack truck. He has no idea how stout he is, we drag big calves on him easily, drag a grown cow in the trailer with ease by himself. Won’t be outran by any cow anywhere. He is always gentle, you can rope a wild cow on him then hand his reins to the kids and they can ride him and make a hand. Luke is very broke for a big horse , soft in his face, lots of turnaround, and a big stop. He will sure whack a cow on a loose rein, nice to sort on. You aren’t going to show him anything ranch related he hasn’t been doing for years. He has lots of cowboy manners, easy to shoe, vaccinate and worm. Luke doesn’t pop his tail, gap his mouth when asked to do something, he just tries to please you. Works a rope when doctoring . Hauls the best in my ranch trailer, backs out when told. He has no blemishes. Not many ranch horses for sale this good at any price. Luke is 100% sound and sane! If you want to own the best ranch gelding you ever owned here he is for a fair price!
