My name is Matt Hughes, I am 26 years old and am highly motivated. Seeking ranch or farm work in or near the Texas or Oklahoma Panhandles. I have worked for several different ranches as a hand over the past 8 years, and have the most experience with cow calf operations, and a little with stockers. I have done most aspects of ranch work, and some experience in haying and farming as well, including operation of tractors, swathers, and hay rake equipment; as well as various plows and seed drill equipment both conventional and no till. I enjoy horseback work but am not confined to that, and am willing to do all types of ranch chores. I have run a 12k acre ranch for the last year with oversight and management of 1,000 pairs as well as day to day operations on the ranch.
