“Shorty” is a Cadillac to ride! 11 yo gelding that has DONE IT ALL. Sired by PEPPINHICKORY JOSE (Peppy San Badger x Miss Hickory Jose) who had $4,100 in cutting earnings. Shorty has been used extensively in the feedlot and sale barn, doctor cattle on the wheat strips, catch wild cattle, gather, trail, used at mountain camp takin care of cows, he is wicked cool to sort on and the right person might go win a little at a cuttin on him. I bought him as a finished heel horse. This horse will put you in the right spot to catch one, and he will hold anything on the end of the twine. He is dirty tough, this horse will not quit you on long hard days in nasty country. Built correct with good feet. Shorty is broke with a heck of a handle. I prefer not to sell to beginners because this horse wants to work and likes to work. I want someone to go on and use him. His only quirk is he can be a little watchy on the ground, nothing bad but he’s not a dead head either. More info/pictures upon request, call Kody at 307-575-5935
