Each feeder runs on an identical, programmable rationing feed system that can be customized to the size of feed that you use and the frequency with which you feed.



Built of heavy 14 gauge steel – including stainless steel troughs, the Solar Feeder 1000 holds 1,000 lbs. of grain and will feed approximately 10 full-grown cattle and can also feed deer. Stability pegs at each corner secure your feeder after set up. The feeder is 6’10” tall and 72” square.



An easy to use electronic timer allows automatic programming of amounts and time of feedings. A 12 volt battery system that is charged by the solar panel ensures reliable delivery in any weather.



Highway reflectors help ensure safe towing. The SF 1000 has a standard 2″,2 5/16″ or farm hitch. A sturdy feed shutoff handle prevents loss of feed in transit and the removable tongue protects you from theft when you are not in the pasture.



Use bulk feed and save on feed costs immediately. Enjoy additional cost savings through prevention of loss and waste. Save fuel on transportation – for feeders used at full capacity, you will probably need only one refill every 7-10 days. Gain flexibility in your schedule – you know your animals will be fed on time, every time. Get modern efficiency with an easy to use system.
