PLUMMER PERFORMANCE HORSES (Oklahoma Facility Summer)/ DALLY MOUNTAIN RANCH (Arizona Facility Winter) is a performance horse ranch that specializes in team roping. We are looking for a motivated individual to start colts and put time on young horses. Soft hands are a must. We also need someone that Team Ropes, goes to jack pots and has a US Number. We provide housing, utilities, internet, Netflix, beef, ranch truck and a salary. DOE Housing is for an individual or couple. Must have a valid drivers license and transportation. Our Arizona Ranch is just outside of Cave Creek. We have 10 RV spots, stalls and roping. Morning chores first : Feed, Water, and clean stalls. Then you will be training rope horses in the morning and heading or heeling for the guests in the afternoon. Lots of roping. That’s why you need to have a valid roping card. There will be PRCA ropers that will be putting schools on at the ranch. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your roping skills and rope with some champions. If interested, give me a call.
