Description:
1 owner since weaning, super quiet,Anyone can ride,seen all aspects of ranch work, done extensive trail obstacles & doctored cattle in the pasture. Been there, done that ranch gelding in a beautiful color, standout buttermilk buckskin with full leg striping! Ridden at rodeos as a pick up horse, years of ranch experience, quiet enough for anyone in the family to get along with. Can be laid off for months at a time and just saddle him up and off you go, even in winter weather. On top of the working ranch time, he has a good foundation of training; knows both his lead cues, hip and shoulder control, will bridle up, side pass, open gates, and teach colts to pony. Started roping both ends in the arena, a lot of pasture doctoring. Drug calves to the fire being ridden by a 12 year old boy. Catch him anywhere, ride bareback with a halter. He has been ridden by inexperienced adults and children. Great temperament, super friendly, has been used for a companion gelding for yearlings. No issues, easy to get along with. Always sound and healthy and no bad habits. Young horses coming up is reason for selling.
