Description:
I am a capable, healthy 66 year old single male seeking maintenance and/or caretaking work. Not looking for a cowboy job.

I have experience in carpentry (both rough and finish work), electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. I worked 4 years from an apprentice to journeyman level as an automotive machinist.

I have operated various equipment such as tractors, front end loaders, crawlers, and skid steers.

The past 8 years I have been employed as a truck mover, delivering semi tractors and straight trucks throughout the lower 48 states. This involved moving very expensive rigs on a timely basis with safe driving awards for each of those 8 years. I have a current Class B Commercial Drivers License.

My needs are a place for 2 gelding (10 and 14 years old), a 5 year-old female Australian Shepherd (well mannered and trained), and two Hereford steers. I currently live off grid (have 11 years experience with solar) in a small cabin so I do not require a lot of space. I am willing to fix a place up, however, it must be livable. A small wage would be required, however, I do receive social security.

I would prefer to stay in Northern Arizona (currently in Seligman). I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs of any kind. Willing to help out on any project as well as do cattle work if needed. I like building new or repairing existing fence.

I have a good assortment of mechanical and carpentry tools, air compressor, generator, weed eater, and a 2014 Kawasaki quad.
