Description:
I have a genuine Billy Cook roping saddle out of Sulphur, OK with a 15.5” high back seat. This is a 1999 model with full rigging. The gullet is 6 1/2” to 6 3/4”, I have a hard time figuring out exactly how wide (see picture). The saddle comes with stirrups, front and rear cinches and latigos (no breast collar). This saddle is in great shape, structurally. There are a few cosmetic things, such as wear from a rope on the right side swell, a few missing conchos and some saddle strings are short. But overall, the saddle is in great shape for its age. Very comfortable hard seat that I have ridden many days, all day. I’ve roped out of it and the horn and tree are strong.
