Description:
In search of a trustworthy and motivated individual, with a CLEAN background (non smoker preferred) to help family owned ranch with daily and seasonal operations. Starting soon. Our family is wanting to grow and expand our operation to make room for a management position, but only good long term help will allow us to do so. MUST be knowledgeable and experienced in all calving/doctoring practices in order to work independently. Must also be able to multitask, have a high level of organization for record keeping, self-starter, and work well in high stress situations with little to no direction. Preferred experience in all haying operations and farming practices; particularly in forage.

We pride ourselves on taking care of our equipment, land and housing so being clean and respectful towards our property is a must!

Compensation will be dependent on experience. We are willing to negotiate. Retirement and personal livestock options will be possible and encouraged for long term, trustworthy employees (dependent on ranch capacity and resources).

Housing (newer 2 bed, 1 bath, unfinished basement, fenced yard), internet, beef, and work pick up will be provided by the ranch. May bring 1-2 horses (geldings preferred!) that are current on all annual vaccinations, worming and well mannered pets who are respectful towards all livestock and other cats and dogs.
