Dolly is a gentle 14 yr old mare, 15 hh. She is the type of horse that can sit for weeks and then just saddle up and hop on without having to worry about getting bucked off. She may not be the prettiest horse ever but what she lacks in beauty she makes up for in personality and ability. I have mainly used her for a trail horse but previous owners said they roped off of her. She has a really nice neck rein, stops easily, will sidepass and work a gate. She is suitable for an older youth or advanced beginner, and would make an excellent playday horse. Dolly is quiet and laid back but has some speed if you ask her for it. She will go through thick brush and over logs and isn’t spooky. Dolly has good ground manners, stands quietly tied, is good for the shoer, and loads and hauls well.
