Hello my name is Justin Scarbrough. I am 29 years old and have a wife and 3 children; ages 7,6 and 3. I currently live in Prescott, AZ and day work, shoe horses and ride colts for a living. I am a hard working, self driven, reliable and honest man looking for a Ranch Manager position. I have a valid drivers license with a clean record; no drug or alcohol problems. I am a 4th generation Cattle Rancher in Arizona and have a lot of knowledge and experience in all aspects of cattle ranching. I have a lot to offer and believe I would be an asset as a Ranch Manager. I have experience in starting and finishing colts and can step around problem horses.

I have worked on both big and small outfits and can rope and doctor cattle. I have a lot of herd management skills in both rough and easy country. I can build fence, weld, and take care of basic vehicle maintenance if needed. I have great leadership skills and work well with others. I have the ability to asses and solve problems with little or no direction. I can provide work references upon request.

I have a wife, Hailee that is also a self driven, hard working women. I feel she would also be a great asset. She is able to help with day to day responsibilities, bookkeeping and herd records if needed.
