Description:
You would be working as the crew leader of a crew of up to 6 people. Must be a very organized and detail orientated individual. This position has the potential for advancement to a location Foreman after a training period.

A good basic background in the farm and ranch industry would be a big plus. The following skills would be needed for the position:

Good stockmanship

Good horsemanship

Be able to shoe horses

Be able to ride young horses

Able to operate tractors and other equipment

Experience with haying operations

Experience with irrigation systems

Calving experience

Good basic service and maintenance skills

Build and repair fence

Be able to lead and manage a crew
