Description:
The Shields Valley Ranch is seeking and experienced ranch hand for long term employment. This is a commercial cow/calf ranch that is currently stocked at 350 head and plans to expand to 600-650 mother cows. The ranch puts up approximately 800 Acres of irrigated hay, both pivot and flood irrigated. Duties will include livestock care & handling, irrigating, haying, fencing, equipment maintenance & repair, and limited recreational management.



Compensation is based on experience with housing, utilities, beef, health insurance, and pasture care for 3 horses.
