Description:
Looking for an individual that is highly motivated and wants to be a leader. You would be working as the crew leader of a crew of up to 6 people. Must be a very organized and detail orientated individual. This position has the potential for advancement to a location Foreman after a 2 year training period.

The position comes with housing suited for a small family. We provide the housing plus utilities, competitive monthly salary, pay part of the health insurance, paid vacation, retirement plus other perks.



Applicant should poses as many of the follow skills as possible or be willing and able to be trained.

Good stockmanship

OB skills

Be able to calve large number of cattle

Good horsemanship

Be able to shoe horses

Be able to train colts

Be good with equipment operation and maintenance

Knowledge of haying and hay equipment operation

Fence building and repair

Irrigation: use of center pivots and flood
