Description:
This is a used handmade solid shank curb bit with a copper roller marked with a circle R in four places on the end of each ring. The bit was mounted by JD Moss. The bit is steel with a natural patina and is mounted with an engraved brass concho that is domed in the center and flat around the outside edge. The concho is mounted with a nickel silver five point star and a nickel silver bar. It has a copper roller and there are copper inlaid stripes on the back of the bars. The bit is not bent, broken, or repaired. This would be a nice bit to use or to add to a collection.

Measurements: Mouth Piece 5 ¼”, Cheek Pieces (measured from end to end of each ring) 6 ⅞”, Bar Diameter a little less than ½”, Port Height 1 ⅞”, Bit Weight 1lb 1.6oz
