Description:
Seeking an outgoing and self-motivated couple to live and work on a beautiful ranch in Routt County, CO.



Couple will support the ranch managers in every aspect of daily ranch duties. This includes but is not limited to: fencing, noxious weed control, trail maintenance, snow removal and helping with the yearling cattle and livestock operation.



The man will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machinery and vehicles and should have some haying experience.



The woman will assist with the general care of the horse herd which will include grooming, riding, and keeping them gentle.



Both should be willing to take direction and fill in wherever they are needed with a good attitude. This is a working ranch, but it is used for recreation by the owners and their invited guests; therefore, a personable and service-oriented mindset is very important. Applicants should be non-smokers with no drug/alcohol problems. Some college and at least 1 year of ranch experience preferred.



Excellent salary plus insurance reimbursement, 401k, vacation, and housing provided.
