Description:
A position as Protégé for an accomplished professional horse trainer and breeder is currently available near the Oklahoma/Texas state line; in the heart of performance horse country. Assistance with daily operations (feeding, watering,turning out horses,checking livestock, grooming, saddling, sales prep,etc.) is required in exchange for private lessons, professional guidance and expertise, unique hands-on learning experiences,select horses to ride,and use of facility. Nicely furnished housing with paid utilities is provided along with a weekly stipend. NO TRAINERS OR OUTSIDE BUSINESS.



The ideal candidate will be mature, trustworthy,and goal oriented with a verifiable background of riding and handling horses (preferably performance horses) of all ages and levels of training. To qualify a candidate MUST HAVE intermediate to advanced riding skills, a willing attitude, and both the desire and dedication to learn and advance their skills and knowledge. Riders of all ages are encouraged to apply. This position is NOT LIMITED to aspiring horse trainers or young riders. Amateurs, Non Pros, Senior horsemen, and others who qualify are encouraged to apply. Maturity and experience is appreciated!
