Description:
Authentic Dale Harwood (Trails End Saddle shop) saddle. Beautiful basket weave pattern with square skirts, monel/vaquero style wide stirrups. Seat is a touch larger than 16, but not a 16 1/2.



A genuine piece of American West history, this saddle is both a piece of art as well as a Fantastic working saddle. As you probably know, Mr. Harwood is known as the Gradfather of the Wade saddles, building saddles for Ray Hunt, Tom Dorrance, Buck Brannaman, Peter Campbell and countless other serious horsemen and working cowboys. He stopped taking orders from the public for new builds over a decade ago. He told me when I was visiting with him back in 2014 that at the time he stopped accepting orders, his wait list was over 8 years long.
