Description:
This is a red braided kangaroo leather bullwhip made by Benton Cassaday. Benton was raised in Llano, Texas on a ranch and has worked with cattle all his life and showed an interest in braiding at an early age. He won the Academy of Western Artists Hitcher and Braider of the Year award in 1996. The bullwhip has a concho with a C on the top of the knot. His website describes this whip as one for the experienced handler. The knot is part of the braid work of the handle with a double inlay of brown kangaroo.

Measurements: Braid Overlay 16, Handle Diameter a little less than ¾”, Thong and Handle Length 6’ 8 ½”, Popper and Fall Length 3’ 4”
