Description:
Ranch experienced couple for long term employment on well-improved registered Angus operation in southeast Montana. Skills needed are calving,winter feeding,livestock health knowledge,improvements and repairs which include fencing, machinery maintenance, carpentry, welding, corral and shed cleaning, haying, weed control. Artificial insemination knowledge would be valuable. No irrigation is done here. Hours depend on livestock health activities and weather. Sundays off unless weather or cattle working schedules interfere. Cattle are handled horseback. Bring 2 horses. Housing furnished and utilities paid. Employees can have cattle as part of wages earned. Ranch is located 10 miles from a small town on a paved road with schools, hospital, grocery store, etc.included. We prefer no drinking.
