Description:
Seeking a semi-retired single or couple to live on and help maintain a river-front property in the Ruidoso, NM area. On-site housing provided is a small, 3 year old, furnished, two bedroom house (including utilities). Ranch-related transportation is provided. Responsibilities include lawn and flower-bed maintenance, light tree trimming, field irrigation, fence and out-building painting and other general ranch headquarters maintenance projects as required. Requires ability to operate some mechanical equipment including lawn mowers, weed-eaters, small chainsaw, ATV, etc. May assist in handling livestock, light construction and other projects depending on capabilities and experience. Workload varies seasonally but typically requires 30 hours per week. Weekly salary depending on capabilities and experience. Part time housework available for additional compensation.



Position requires on-site residence with limited nights away from property. Housing is adequate for couple but not for children or additional dependents. Selected applicant will be a personable, neat, organized, drug-free, non-smoker, non-alcoholic, driver-licensed, self-starter, team player.
