Description:
Cactus is an 11 year old, 15.2 hand, 1200#, Grey Ranch gelding. Big stout Stevenson Ranch gelding and carries their brand. He has a good set of withers, bone, foot, and muscle. This is a very gentle but very athletic individual. He’s packed kids and beginners around in the roping pen and on the ranch. He is a been there done that kind of horse and tended lots of cattle in big country. Been used for everything on the ranch, roped a lot outside and will sure run to one, will hold a rope to Doctor or tie one down. Very cowy and watches a cow really nice in the pens and will hold one on a loose rein. Very broke and has a big stop and will get around much quicker than most horses his size. He has been hauled as a pick up horse and been used in ranch rodeos. Roped quit a bit in the arena and you can go head on him right now. He is the same horse after a lay off.
