Description:
Harlena 895 "Oakley" is a stunning 11 year old buckskin mare. She is very gentle and level headed. She has been trail rode a lot of miles but she loves to work cows! She has been used in ranch sorting and some light team penning, we are not calling her finished in either but it is definitely something she naturally likes to do and it would take no time to finish her out in working cattle. On a trail, she will go wherever you ask. She is VERY quick footed which is why she is being offered for sale. We had got her in hopes that her gentleness would work for a little boy, but her quickness and athleticism is too much for his level at this time. He is 7 and needs something slower. She has no buck, rear, and no vices. She stands tied, loads, hauls, bathes, etc,. like an angel. The kids have rode her and she is gentle enough for that, she is just too quick on cattle for what we are looking for. The family is motivated to sell due to needing to find the perfect fit for their son. Her price is $3500 but is negotiable so don’t be afraid to make an offer!

We are located in Jackson, Tn and have an incredible hauler that is extremely reasonable.

This mare will make someone a very nice horse.
