For sale, a used pair of Olathe boots with a a full Elephant vamp and heel counter and a 16” calf skin top in Men’s size 11D. These are marked as size 10.5D, but will fit you perfectly if you wear very close to a Men’s size 11D in typical shoe sizes.



Elephant hide is incredibly durable. You’d have to cut, scuff or scrape these boots on purpose and mean it to make any kind of mark. Meanwhile they are soft and very comfortable to wear and stand up to other kinds of abuse like water, manure and urine. That is why this exotic skin is so popular in higher end boots.



These boots are just back from a resole at the Rios Mercedes Boot Company in Mercedes Texas. Clean them up once in a while and send them off to resole at Rios of Mercedes when they need it and you’ll have a pair of boots that will last 20 more years.



You can get these boots properly muddy and look sharp wearing them to the fanciest party or church the next day. Simply clean them off with fresh water and apply Bickmore #4 to the leather and something like Saddle Butter to the welts and stacked leather heel.



Wear spurs in the wet? No problem, there is no tougher heel counter leather than the full grain Elephant that is already on these boots.



The textured injected sole on the ball of the foot makes these boots comfortable to wear on the slickest floors and feels great in the stirrups without being a safety issue. Just the right amount of heel and arch for everyday walking and riding horses. If you like to dance these boots are just fine, and you’ll look great too.



In the photos that are attached you’ll see some Saddle Butter residue that will be wiped off before shipping.
