Description:
Used handmade spurs made by George Cannon from Fritch Texas. George is listed in Old Cowboy Saddles & Spurs by Gretchen and Mike Graham. The spurs are marked GC 00225 on the outside of the heel bands. The spurs are a heavy built pair made out of steel and the steel is beginning to rust. They are mounted with twenty two pieces of nickel silver and four pieces of brass. There were initials on one band that were removed. There is hardly any play in the rowels and the rowels spin freely. There are marks on the mountings from use. These spurs would be nice to use and have a lot of use left in them.

Measurements: Heel Band Width 1 ¼”, Shanks 2 ⅜”, Rowel Diameter 2 ¼”, Rowel Points 8, Heel Opening 3 ¼”, Weight of Both Spurs 1lb 11.1oz
