Description:
Rare piece of cowboy/rodeo history being offered for sale!!! Early Jerry Cates OX marked bit and spurs from the 1974 Roaring Springs rodeo. This is the first year he made for Roaring Springs. Mr. Bayers made them through 1972 and Billy Klapper made them in 1973. They are in very good condition. Bit has 5 1/4" mouth and 7 1/2" cheeks. Spurs feature 1" bands, 3 3/8" heel openings, 1" rowels, 2" shanks. This set is very collectible, but can be used any day. We pay shipping within the 48 states and accept most forms of payment. Will consider trading for other hand made bits and spurs.
