Bodie is an 11yr old Quarter Horse gelding who stands just over 15 hands and weighs in close to 1200lbs. With a ton of bone and big, barefoot feet, Bodie is a nice, smooth and slow legged mover. This gelding is really good minded and thinks his way through situations. He really wants to please. Bodie is a rather serious individual with a ton of work ethic and is not a pet. He will do best moving forward with intermediate/experienced riders who are not timid. He needs a rider who will not be afraid to ask him for what they want and know how to guide and support him. However, if you know how to ride you will appreciate Bodie. He is a very nice horse, no silly stuff, no bucking, rearing or running off. Bodie has been ridden around a ton outside and has also had some schooling in the arena. He will make a great companion for camping and trail rides and will hold up well for mountain riding. He is also a great ranch/ranch roping prospect. He has been around cattle and been roped off of a little but needs continued development in both areas. This gelding is clean legged and sound.
