Description:
This horse is just three and has already been many miles as a working ranch horse. 14.5 hands, solid footed, very gentle and willing worker. I have used this horse to drag calves to the fire, roped several outside on him, drug a few in the trailer, gathered lots of cattle, sorted lots of cattle, been used in a feedyard, and competed in a few ranch horse classes. This horse is very gentle on the ground and has never bucked with me. He handles a rope very well and knows how to get up on one. This horse is a little watchy of people on the ground when you are on him. I took him to a branding and there were a few too many people in the pen and he got a little worried about the flankers coming in behind him, he still watches anyone on the ground.



I haven’t warmed this horse up in a year before I get on him and go. You can unload him, cinch him up and get on and go for the day. I’ve been out at daybreak and never had an issue with him being snorty.



I’m no reining horse trainer but I did show him in a few Panhandle Reined Cowhorse events. I showed him in the ranch hand class where you get to rope the calf instead of turning them. He is decent at lead changes but will watch a cow pretty good. He has a lot of natural ability to get down and work a cow. He is decent on crossing over on his spins and just gets better every day.



I have a lot of two year olds that need rode so I need him gone, I could wiggle a little on price.



This horse is also Ranch Heritage eligible.
