Description:
Apprenticeship opportunity with New Mexico ranching enterprise. Openings are available for motivated young people who want to hone their management, horsemanship, stock handling and cattle marketing skills. Possibilities for longer-term employment may be available. Applicants should be competent riding horses independently and should have some experience with working cattle, general ranch chores, and living remotely. Spartan housing in camper, wall tent or tipi, beef and modest stipend provided.
