This is pretty special,as geldings like this just don’t come up for sale very often. "Sam" is a 9 year old AQHA ranch horse. And when I say ranch horse I don’t mean he’s tracked a steer or 2 in the arena. This gelding has been consistently used for the past 5 years on a ranch in North Texas. He can doctor in the pasture, sort, load bulls, drag calves and cover some big country. His owner Darrell has done a fantastic job with him. Sam is the real deal! He is handy broke, yet gentle enough for just about anyone that can sit on one. No buck, spook, kick or silliness. A lot of hard work and hours go into making and horse like this. Darrell is ready for a new project and ready for Sam to go on to a new home. He is priced at $8500 and let me tell you he is worth every penny of it!
