He stands 14.1/14.2 hh & is located near Wessington He has pasture sorted, pasture roped, drug the calf sled, rode through deep mud & rough country and been saddled on the worst chilly, windy days and rides off. He has penned sale bulls & is great opening gates off of. We’ve used him at brandings and been pairing out on him. He’s done just about any ranch job and done it willingly. We’ve also tracked & breakawayed the sled & taken slow steers out of the box. He’s got a decent handle & a really nice stop. He’d be a great calf, breakaway or heel prospect. Gizmo is really starting to show some cow! We have hauled him to some jackpots to see the sights & he handled it great. He stands to be mounted & has great ground manners. He’s easy to catch & there is no buck, kick, rear or bs with him. He runs with mares & geldings & gets along with everybody. He’s a pretty laid back lil guy, but I’m not sure he’s a beginner or little kid horse quite yet. Because of his age we recommend someone with prior riding experience. 100% sound!! Gizmo is grade, although I do have a picture of his dam’s papers which include Peptoboonsmal, Peponita, Doc O’Lena & trace back to "The Ole Man". Unfortunately, his breeder was unsure of who his sire. He is up to date on worming, farrier work, had his teeth done the 1st of May.
