Spoonful Savana aka "Savvy" is a 2010 AQHA bay mare that measures 14.2 hh. She is located near Wessington Springs, SD. Maintenance free. She is a GRITTY FUN SIZED POWERHOUSE!

Breakaway, calf rope or even start her in the heeling or try her on barrels, she is always willing to work for her rider. Savvy’s been hauled minimally in the breakaway, with an excellent start in calf roping and is ready to take to some jackpots to season. She was started in calf roping by Justin Scofield & Lee Sivertsen.

Savvy is NOT for a green roper or rider. She is quick, powerful and serious about her job. You will not get out ran on this mare.

Aside from her roping talents she was started in cutting as a 2 year old. She was also shown & is a money earner in team sorting. She is a FINISHED ranch horse in all aspects. Brandings, pasture rope, doctor, sort pairs, open and close gates. Super handy and quick, Savvy will do it all.

Savvy ties, loads, bathes, grooms, hauls, catches easy and tacks up without a fuss. She is EXCELLENT with the farrier and has absolutely NO BUCK, REAR, KICK, meanness to her.

Savvy is for sale because she is a high caliber rope horse and my husband doesn’t have the desire to rodeo like this mare should be used for.
