Description:
This is pair of used double mounted handmade spurs made by bit and spur maker JD Moss from Yarnell, Arizona. The spurs are marked JD MOSS 56 inside the heel bands. They are mounted with fourteen pieces of nickel silver and ten pieces of copper. The spurs are steel and there is engraving in the steel between the mountings. There are marks on the mountings from use. There is hardly any play in the rowels so they were not worn a lot. This would make a great pair of using spurs or a nice pair to add to a collection.
