Him: Experienced in building and construction, property maintenance, fence building and repair, hunting and fishing.



Her: Very experienced backcountry and range rider, horse care and training, some experience with cows.



Other skills we have: marketing and advertising, research, writing, office work. We are in our early 40s and mid-30s, respectively. Clean backgrounds, college degrees. We prefer Nevada, but will consider other states for the right situation. Housing required. We come with two horses and a semi-retired ranch dog.



We are hard workers and responsible. Willing to learn new skills. References available.
