Description:
Looking for a team player to be a part of the Feeding/Mill team at our South Feedlot located in Broken Bow, NE. This is a great opportunity for a punctual and responsible individual who enjoys driving and possesses proficient truck driving skills.



This person is responsible for:

-Operating the pay loader and feed trucks in a safe manner.

-Delivering precise rations accurately and efficiently.

-Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.

-Reporting and recording all feed audits.

-Performing basic preventative maintenance, including replacing bits and changing oils and filters.



Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

-Mechanical interest and aptitude is beneficial.

-Understanding of proper bunk management.

-Commitment to safety and quality culture.

-Ability to use analytical techniques for problem solving, coordination, and decision making.

-Driven, organized, action-oriented, analytical, and ability to multi-task.

-Individual must be team oriented.

-Proven professional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

-High attention to detail.



This position requires:

-Individual must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.

-Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally; 25-50 pounds of force frequently; 10-20 pounds of force constantly. Standing and sitting frequently; walking, carrying, and lifting/lowering, pushing/pulling, bending, twisting, climbing, crawling, stairs, reaching/handling/grasping, and kneeling/crouching occasionally.
