Description:
This is a lightly used handmade dog bone snaffle bit made by long time bit and spur maker Harvey Whitefield from Canadian, Texas. The bit is marked Whitefield. The bit is steel with a domed steel concho on the cheeks mounted with a nickel silver flower with a copper center. There is wiggle engraving in the steel around the flowers on the cheeks. It is not bent, broken, or repaired. This would be a nice bit to add to a collection or to use.

Measurements: Mouth (between cheeks) 5 ¼”, Cheek Pieces 6 ⅛”, Bars Diameter ⅜”, Bit Weight 13.3 ounces
