Description:
Gray grade gelding. 11 year old 15.2 hands. Very broke everyone in the family rides him. No buck rear kick or bite perfect for ranch work great at dragging calves to the fire. All three boys learned to rope on him. Pick up all feet and trim. Will track calves to doctor in the field and will hold yearlings and cows by himself while you doctor. Likes to get out and travel. Boys ride him bareback and with a halter they also stand on him and twirl their rope. Horse will side pass and has been used in alley ways to sort cattle and to open gates. I have owned the horse since he was a weanling. He has no papers but his breeding is Leo Hancock Hays. We run 650 pair and 900 yearlings. WE go to 20 brandings and the horse drags 15-20 cales at each branding. We AI the cows and the yearlings so the horse is used to sort cattle. The horse is used to tag calves on. WE move the cattle and yearlings weekly using horses. My wife and daughter also ride this hores.
