We are currently fulfilling the position of Ranch Manager for, Headwaters Brangus Cattle Operation LLC. In my time here I have developed sustainable, profitable cattle programs involving premium replacement heifers, commercial cow/calf and bull development. Additionally, I have used my extensive horse experience to generate extra income through buying and selling horses. My position as Ranch Manager for Headwaters Ranch is a dynamic one involving all of the challenges of a 400 head cattle ranch, plus the added challenges of managing guest relations and entertainment for the many corporate groups visiting the ranch. In addition to my cattle management responsibilities I have been able to provide hunting guide services, guided trail rides and off property excursions. In addition to my direct ranch related work experience I have many other work experiences that lend themselves to the position of ranch manager. After many years of ranch work in northern Arizona (where I am originally from) I gained experience as owner/operator of an agricultural fencing/barn building company. I gained cattle breeding and handling experience through employment with Champion Genetics where I worked as Mobile Bull collecting services and AI technician. I have also gained experience in the security field during my time spent in the executive protection industry. Lastly, I have added to my extensive horse experience by attending and graduating from horse shoeing school and now operate a very successful farrier practice in the local area in addition to my ranch management position. In short, I have spent many years preparing for a career in ranching and I know that I am fully qualified to maintain your current operation and take it to the next level.
