Description:
A small family cattle ranch in Yampa, Colorado is seeking a year-round ranch hand. This job requires a self-motivated and conscientious individual willing and able to work alone most of the time.



This position requires long hours when needed and includes by not limited to: operating heavy equipment, livestock work, calving, doctoring, fixing fences, irrigating, feeding cattle & horses. Minimal record keeping of calf births and antibiotic usage, and running hay equipment.



In addition, Ranch Hand will occasionally be required to help with private residence including maintenance and landscaping. We “trade help” with neighbors and Ranch Hand will be required to help neighbors as needed.
