The Tribal Ranch includes 20,000 acres at the Ranch Headquarters and 18,000 acres at our subsidiary ranch, Hard Grass Ranch. We are currently leasing all of our range units at both ranches, but are looking for a Manager that can build our Ranch Headquarters into an operating cattle operation. Job Summary: Oversight of all ranch operations, facilities, personnel, budget and profit and loss. Recommending and implementing advanced ranch, livestock, and range management techniques and technologies. Communicating with Ranch Board on key priorities and progress towards the achievement of important goals. Continual focus on improving the efficiency of the Tribal Ranch from every aspect. Required: High School diploma required. Degree in Business Management or Ag Business preferred. 2-3 years of experience in the cattle industry Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Knowledge of automated human resource and payroll systems preferred. Must have knowledge of equipment and maintenance of equipment Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
