Description:
This is a pair of lightly used handmade spurs made by well-known bit and spur maker Ronnie Jones from Enid, Oklahoma. Ronnie’s work is illustrated in Bits & Spurs Motifs, Techniques and Modern Makers by Ned & Jody Martin. Ronnie builds Texas style bits, spurs, cowboy hardware, and jewelry and likes to use a combination of silver, copper, and bronze. The spurs are marked with his maker mark. The spurs are steel with a dark iron finish and are mounted with thirty four pieces of metal (eighteen nickel silver, eight brass, and eight copper). This would be a nice pair of spurs to wear.

Measurements: Heel Band Width a little less than 1”, Shanks 1 ˝”, Rowels Diameter 1”, Rowel Points 8, Heel Opening 3 ⅛”, Weight of both spurs 15.4 ounces
