SOLD******New, unused bit by Arizona maker J.D. Moss. As most of J.D.’s work is commissioned, it is rare that any comes up for sale. Especially bits, as he makes many more spurs than bits. This is a great example of a very talented maker. Ten pieces of engraved silver plus eight pieces of copper create a very eye appealing piece of “cowboy jewelry”. Eighteen copper stripes on the backside on the mouth piece aid in creating saliva for a soft mouth. Maker marked J.D. MOSS 146. Please enlarge the pictures to enhance the intricate engraving. Measurements are 5 1/8” mouth, 7” cheeks excluding the rein rings. $4155.00 includes sipping to the lower 48. Please view my other listings.
