Description:
Seeking an Experienced Ranch Hand to care for the ranch and the livestock on it. Operation runs a small herd of cows and pastures both cow/calf and stockers seasonally. The job requires a self-motivated and conscientious individual willing and able to work alone and with a crew during processing and shipping. This is a full-time year round position. Duties include but not limited to:calving,pasture doctoring,fencing,ranch and facilities general maintenance, 25 acres of flood irrigating, feeding and supplement of livestock as necessary and thorough but minimal record keeping.The successful applicant must be able to work unsupervised.Good livestock skills are a must, Ranch horses and shoeing provided.
