MUST be able & physically fit to weld steel corrals, drive a semi short distances, fix flat tires, fix barbed wire fence. Must have knowledge of how to repair plumbing & electrical. Should have some knowledge of gardening; know how to run mower & weedeater. Small, new apartment provided, along with Direct TV, utilities, & internet. No opportunity to bring own livestock.
