We are a family operated cow/calf ranch that is looking for a full time above average ranch hand. We do all of our cattle work on ATVs. This is not a "Cowboy" operation.



Job Duties include feeding, calving, handling, and general care of cattle, haying, fencing, repair and maintenance on vehicles and heavy equipment, and much more. Must be a self-starter, honest, ambitious, willing to work alone and work well with others. In person interview required.



Housing, utilities, and beef provided as benefits. 15 minutes from town/school. 60 miles from a Walmart. Integrity and strong work ethic a must. Excellent opportunity for the right person.

Thaler Land & Livestock Co. is a 100 year old diversified, forward thinking cow/calf operation in southeast Wyoming. The ranch runs 1,300 cows. We run mostly black and black white face cows and cross with Charolais bulls. Winners of the 2006 National Environmental Stewardship Award we strive to continue improving our natural resources and being innovative ranchers.
