The ranch headquarters has paved access and includes a recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath home with a nicely landscaped yard. There is also a bunk house, workshop, tack house, storage shed and horse corrals at the headquarters. There are 17 wells and each well has a set of corrals. The shipping pens have a hydraulic squeeze chute, metal lead up and tub. The country consists of primarily browse with perennial grasses and annuals in the wet seasons.
