IT HAS BEEN USED BUT HAS BEEN VERY WELL CARED FOR IN A CLIMATE CONTROLLED TACKROOM AND IS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. IT HAS NEVER BEEN LEFT WITH THE MECATE TIED TO IT WHEN NOT IN USE.
