Description:
This is a used handmade saddle made by Craig Lewis from Weatherford, Texas and is marked with his maker stamp on the back of the cantle, seat, and latigo carrier. This saddle was built in 1999. It has a Will James tree with Arizona Bars. It has been thoroughly gone over so it is ready to ride. It has been cleaned and conditioned, has new real sheep skin lining, two new latigos, new strings, two new stirrup leather hobbles and a new latigo horn wrap and comes with a new flank cinch. The tree is sound. The only place to really fault the saddle is that there is a burn on the horn that should be fine since it is wrapped. This would be a good all round saddle for ranch work, roping, or trail riding. Add your front cinch and it will be ready to ride. If you had this saddle built today it would cost around $5,600.
