sale pending^^^^^^Rare quirt, made by legendary bit maker Chuck Irwin of California. He made it in 1993 and marked it CEI 93. He marks his bits CEI, as well. He is in his early 90’s at this time and is still making bits. It measrues 35" from tip to tip. Fine and rare quirt.
